Join or set up a community
A community is a group of neighbours, a street, a club or a school gate who share local reports and look out for each other. It is separate from your personal alerts: your family never see what you post in a community, and communities never see your help alerts. You use the same free account for both.
Join one
Scan a QR code, open an invite link, or browse the list. Join as a user to ask for help, or as a responder to say you are ready to help.
Start your own
A town, a street, a block. Name it and you are the admin. You get a QR code and a printable poster, and can add other admins.
